Welcome Chien-Jen Chen! NAS Foreign Secretary John Hildebrand welcomed epidemiologist Chien-Jen Chen in Taiwan to add his signature as NAS foreign associate to the official NAS Registry of Membership.

蔡英文總統提到，副總統陳建仁入選NAS（美國國家科學院）外籍院士，去年底NAS特地到總統府頒發證章，最近也在Twitter（推特）上貼出當天的照片。她說，除了為副總統開心，台灣的流行病學和公共衛生成就受到肯定，也讓她感到驕傲。
